The Prince of Wales Theatre has been a vital part of Cannock’s cultural and community life for decades. With the future of the theatre currently under threat, your voice has never been more important.
We’re asking local residents, visitors, supporters, and community members to share their views through this short survey. Your feedback will help us demonstrate the public value of the theatre as part of our campaign to secure its long-term future through a Community Asset Transfer.
Why does this matter?
Cannock has no other dedicated cultural venue of this size or scope. The closure of the Prince of Wales Theatre would leave a significant gap – affecting not only access to the arts but also our town centre, local economy, education, and community wellbeing.
This survey is your chance to:
- Tell us what the theatre means to you
- Share what kind of events you’d like to see locally
- Help shape a new community-led future for arts and culture in Cannock
Who should take part?
We want to hear from everyone – whether you’re a regular visitor, occasional attendee, or have never set foot inside. The theatre belongs to all of us, and every voice matters.
The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous unless you choose to share your email address at the end.
